Psychological tests are being used by a lot of experts in order to make an assessment and evaluation of the person taking the test. So what are the psychological tests that are useful? An achievement test or an aptitude test is used to asses the level of knowledge you have on some certain things or topics. The test used to measure your knowledge about your surroundings is called intelligence test. This test also helps asses how you use your knowing on how to adapt with your surroundings and to the world as well as how you can apply your general ability to adapt into your surroundings. Therefore, the reason why intelligence tests exist is because it is used to asses your potential. Neuropsychological tests and its purpose is to measure a person cognitive ability and the loss in function of its cognitive ability. An occupational test through Instituto CRIAP is used to pair up your interest with the interest that involves a certain kind of profession or occupation. Personality tests are being used to try and asses your personality which is utilized in forensic purposes. Specific clinical tests are used to measure the current state of mind of a person.

My brother wants to make sure that the people that he'll be hiring in his company are reliable and trustworthy. You discussed here that psychological testing is used by experts for evaluation. Moreover, we should keep in mind to follow certain guidelines for psychological testing.

I appreciate it when you said that psychological testing is more reliable than interviews because unlike the latter, people cannot manipulate a psychological exam. No wonder immigration officials prefer to have it conducted on people before letting them continue with the process. Doing that will allow them to uncover the kind of person the immigrant is and will help them decide whether or not they should be accepted.

I really like how you went over each different type of tests and explained the differences between them, like the difference between intelligence tests and personality tests. Getting a psychological test is useful for helping psychologists to help understand you better. It would be really interesting to take some of these tests and see what the results are.
